Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Finance/Analytics professional to join the EPM COE and transform global finance processes into leading practices. You will partner with Corporate and BU FP&A teams to consolidate, plan, and report critical financial data.

You will provide functional support for Oracle EPM Applications (Planning, EDM, HFM, FDM, Smart View) and help drive process improvements. This role also includes leading the HFM transition to EPM Cloud and collaborating with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or analytics.
• Experience with Oracle EPM applications preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted partner across all Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams to ensure the financial applications meet functional requirements.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Applications (Oracle Cloud Planning/PCM/EDM, HFM, FDM, Smart View) and coordinate with Finance and Technical teams to meet business needs.
• Support the HFM Application as we transition from On-Premise to EPM Cloud Financial Close & Consolidations (FCC); lead testing and training for the transition.
• Collaborate with the Finance user community to deliver enhancements to the EPM Applications via scoping, impact assessment, design, and testing.
• Partner with SBD Leadership and business unit FP&A Users to maintain, design, and deliver Planning functionality as business requirements evolve.
• Work with Controllership to manage key FDM and HFM processes (Data Loads, Data Mapping, Month End Close, Forecast Consolidation and Financial Certifications).
• Identify user training opportunities to continually improve the EPM Application support offerings to the business.
