Job summary

GE Appliances in Louisville, KY seeks a Senior Business Analyst – EPM Cloud to lead design, deployment, and optimization of EPBCS/ARCS/FCCS solutions. You will coordinate with Digital Technology, Finance, and leadership to ensure scalable, secure cloud-based planning, budgeting and reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
• 5+ years of architectural experience in EPM Cloud (EPBCS).
• Expertise in designing scalable solutions for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders through full planning and budgeting lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience in solution design using Groovy scripting, REST APIs, Calc Scripts, Python, SQL/PLSQL and EPM Automate.
• Skilled in defining solution architecture and data integration strategies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable EPM Cloud architecture.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, test plans, and scripts
• Collaboration with multiple business functions to align EPM solutions with business goals
• Manage EPM application security, user provisioning, and integration with IDCS/LDAP

Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex, secure, and scalable EPM Cloud solutions to address intricate business challenges.
• Ensure architectural consistency, coherence, and best practices across all EPM Cloud solutions.
• Conduct deep dives into broader financial domains to understand business complexities and needs.
• Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and proofs of concept to demonstrate benefits.
• Streamline and simplify business processes using Oracle Financials and EPM Cloud modules.
