Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Oracle EPM IT Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise EPM solutions (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS) across finance and operations from Richmond, VA. You will lead solution design, oversee end-to-end implementations, manage integrations with ERP systems, and guide configuration, testing, and cutover activities while mentoring junior staff.

6-7 years in Oracle EPM with consulting or senior technical roles.
Deep knowledge of FCCS, ARCS, PBCS; experience with EPM Automate, Smart View, SQL, Groovy.
Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead design of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including planning, budgeting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Oversee end-to-end EPM implementations—from requirements gathering to deployment.
Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM with ERP systems and other enterprise tools.
Review and approve Technical Specifications; define integration points and ERP standards.
Plan and test patches/upgrades to avoid production issues.
Own EPM configuration across modules, maintain documentation, and support cutover/deployment plans.
Prioritize system performance, data integrity, and scalability in architecture decisions.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users during critical financial processes.
Mentor junior team members on best practices for EPM configuration, development, and implementation.
