Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company in North America is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management Analyst to support FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS. You will serve as the subject matter expert for EPM environments and play a key role in developing and maintaining our EPM applications.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM experience, plus hands-on work with Snowflake, Tableau, Fivetran, Groovy and PowerShell. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Experience with FCCS Oracle EPM Cloud and developing financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of currency translations and consolidation accounting under GAAPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle EPM applications and data integrity.
• Manage data integration from source systems to EPM and ensure system availability.
• Perform month-end data loads, security, backups, and recovery tasks.
• Guide FP&A activities and improvements within the EPM platform.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into technical requirements.
