Responsibilities

• Investigate and settle claims promptly and equitably.
• Complete accurate coverage, liability and damage investigations on EPL claims.
• Develop strategies for early and cost-effective resolutions.
• Represent the company in meetings with management, partners and mediations.
• Use technology to track and manage caseload efficiently.
• Coach and assist new claim examiners during training.
