Responsibilities

• Establish, document and execute strategies for early and cost-effective resolution to assigned claims.
• Represent the company at meetings with management and business partners, and virtually at mediations.
• Utilize technology systems to track and manage caseload efficiently.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, underwriters and agents.
