• Three+ years with EPIC or comparable health system software OR three+ years scripting/programming.
• At least one year in an informal IT/operational leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Care or related field; six+ years IT/ops experience; may substitute degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for Willow Inpatient Epic deployments and related enterprise systems.
• Leads cross-functional teams, translates clinical/operational needs into scalable solutions, and manages changes.
• Ensures stability, performance, and service delivery of enterprise systems and platforms.
• Offers first- and second-level support, diagnoses complex incidents, and escalates appropriately.
• Maintains documentation of system configurations and change plans.
• Participates in change management processes and vendor coordination when needed.
