Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years experience working with EPIC or comparable health system software OR Minimum four (4) years scripting or programming experience.
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system configuration, testing, validation, and production support of assigned applications.
• Collaborate with end users, third parties, and Epic staff to implement changes and address user needs.
• Plan and monitor enterprise system maintenance and performance across IT domains.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.
