Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This Full-time Days role is fully remote with eligibility for remote work in several states.

The position requires EPIC Revenue Cycle certification and 3 years of Epic build/implementation experience. The incumbent will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, define modifications, and manage testing across updates and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant professional experience in addition to minimum experience.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance and assess impact of new releases.
• Defines modifications to applications or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Leads Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference checks.
• Supports team training and mentoring activities.
