Job summary
Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This full-time role offers remote work for eligible states within a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
The candidate will analyze releases, configure EpicCare, and lead testing and training to ensure workflow efficiency. Required are a bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of related experience), 3 years of Epic build/implementation, and EPIC Revenue Cycle certification to start.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
- EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required upon start.
Responsibilities
- Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance and analyzes new releases for workflow impact.
- Defines modifications to applications or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
- Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases with Lead/PM.
- Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
- Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference checks.
- Develops and mentors training programs for team members.
