Job summary

Responsibilities span HIM, Scheduling (Cadence), Patient Access (ADT/Prelude), Hospital Billing (Resolute), and Claims, with an emphasis on delivering reliable, compliant solutions across the revenue cycle environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with emphasis in revenue cycle information applications.
• Epic certification for assigned applications is required; RHIA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical/revenue cycle system implementation, support, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support and maintain Epic revenue cycle applications and business processes.
• Develop knowledge of software functionality and clinical workflows to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate across HIM, Scheduling (Cadence), Patient Access (ADT/Prelude), Hospital Billing (Resolute), and Claims to deliver compliant solutions.
