Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This Full-time, remote role supports a nationwide remote work policy for eligible states, including SC.

The candidate will drive EpicCare implementations, optimize workflows, and oversee testing and training activities. Requirements include 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience and EPIC Revenue Cycle certification at start, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3 years Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required upon start.

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Analyzes new releases and determines impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to improve application software or databases.
• Coordinates Epic updates, releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases.
• Leads complex IT projects to deliver automated Epic solutions meeting business needs.
• Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos and site visits.
• Develops and implements team training and mentoring activities.
