Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This full-time days role offers fully remote work for eligible states and a stable, mission-driven environment.

The role requires Epic Revenue Cycle certification and hands-on experience with EpicCare; you will lead updates, manage testing, coordinate vendors, and mentor staff to align IT with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification needed upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance; analyzes new releases and impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
• Initiates issues for resolution and communicates status to management in a timely manner.
• Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos and site visits.
• Suggests team training programs and assists in mentoring activities.
