Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a Sr Analyst – Epic Release & Systems Administrator to lead Epic quarterly releases and data courier migrations across environments. You will coordinate with Epic representatives, application analysts, and IT leadership to ensure governance and stable systems.

The role emphasizes providing operational leadership for Epic release activities, environment maintenance, and end-user training during implementations. Michigan-based relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience supporting healthcare information technology systems or electronic medical record environments.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or demonstrated Epic administration experience preferred.
• Required education includes an Associates Degree or Bachelors in IT, business, or healthcare with four or more years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating software releases, upgrades, system implementations, or operational technology initiatives.
• Experience working with technical teams, application teams, vendors, and organizational leadership.
• Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating workgroups, and managing operational activities across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for Epic quarterly releases, updates, and major initiatives.
• Administer Epic Data Courier migration activities and coordinate environment-to-environment data movement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Epic teams, IT leadership, and clinical/operational stakeholders.
• Coordinate Epic environment maintenance, governance, and release readiness across multiple environments.
• Administer Epic Nova and UserWeb projects, roles, and access controls.
• Coordinate communication and training for end users during Go-Lives and releases.
• Maintain change control and governance processes for Epic deployments.
• Travel between MyMichigan locations may be required to support go-lives and deployments.
