Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking an Application Analyst I to support and optimize our software applications across departments. Working under IT leadership, you will document requirements, assist with design, testing, training, and go-live support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to policies.

You will collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders, manage incidents, and participate in system updates and enhancements while expanding your Epic certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher in IT, business, or healthcare field or 3+ years' related experience.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and workflows with business owners.
• Troubleshoot problems and incidents and propose solutions.
• Plan, execute, and document application testing.
• Analyze enhancements and new functionality in releases.
• Analyze application capabilities to optimize workflows.
• Participate in software updates and cross-training.
