Responsibilities

• Provides high-level customer service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training materials for Epic Radiant and Lumens.
• Leads and participates in projects, manages deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitates meetings with end-users and staff; aligns with best practices and standards.
• Manages end-user satisfaction, tracks issues, and documents future-state specifications.
• Looks for process improvements and develops implementation plans for Epic Radiant.
