Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst – Radiant to support Epic Radiant and Lumens across the deployment lifecycle. The role requires advanced Epic knowledge, radiants skills, and the ability to lead end-user training and complex projects.

You will mentor peers, drive process improvements, and collaborate with IS teams to align workflows with clinical and operational goals. Hybrid work arrangement in Fountain Valley area is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic Certification in Radiant required.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support and training for Epic Radiant and Lumens.
• Lead build migrations, change control, and ticket management.
• Participate in projects, manage deliverables and relationships.
• Initiate and lead end-user meetings; ensure best practices.
• Mentor peers and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with IS and operations on reporting needs.
