MemorialCare Health System is seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst - Radiant in Fountain Valley, a hybrid role within the IS Enterprise Ancillary Apps team. You will lead complex Radiant/Lumens deployments, mentor peers, and ensure high-quality builds and workflows across the Epic platform.

The role requires Epic Radiant certification, 3+ years in relevant Epic modules, and strong communication skills. Salary reflects a broad pay range with full benefits in a nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant Epic modules or EMR/Billing/Managed Care with Epic knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and information systems tools.
• Experience planning and organizing day-to-day activities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to achieve goals.
• Experience leading projects and guiding cross-functional teams through changes.
• Proven ability in workflow analysis, data design, and requirements gathering.

Responsabilités

• Provides high-level Epic Radiant/Lumens support, training materials, and end-user references.
• Leads or participates in projects, manages deliverables, and communicates with leadership.
• Initiates and leads meetings with end-users and staff, aligning with best practices.
• Maintains end-user satisfaction and mitigates risks through proactive issue tracking and solutions.
• Applies Epic Radiant expertise to improve processes and implementation.
• Collaborates with operations to identify reporting needs and translates them into solutions.
• Mentors peers on build, workflows, testing, and deployment processes.
• Identifies and implements department process improvements.
