Qualifikationen

• Epic Radiant certification is required.
• Epic Radiant analyst build experience in Radiant is required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
• Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Analyze processes to understand operations and workflows of end users.
• Develop, test, deploy, and evaluate interface solutions and maintenance needs for sustainable processes; configure systems to improve efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot integration and mapping issues; develop test scripts and participate in thorough build testing.
• Interact with customers and colleagues; collaborate with Senior Analysts and IT staff to implement, upgrade, and support software systems.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Epic platform and integration of modules within Epic Enterprise.
