Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced product leader to own Epic EHR platform strategy and delivery. This role leads the lifecycle of Epic-based tools, partnering with clinical, technical and operational teams to translate needs into product requirements and ensure adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will drive discovery, requirements, configuration, and enhancement of Epic products, maintain governance, and collaborate with executives to align with

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience in Epic modules.
Ability to lead strategic decisions and coordinate resources.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Epic certifications in relevant modules.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools.
Own the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation through go-live.
Gather requirements from clinical, operational stakeholders, and translate into product features.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, integration and architecture teams in an agile environment.
Develop risk and issue logs, provide executive status updates, and maintain governance.
