Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Manager, Epic Platform Operations to lead four teams delivering Epic support, configuration, reporting, and releases. You will own day-to-day platform health, set priorities, and collaborate with operations, service, and integration leadership.

You will partner with Applied Systems and vendors on upgrades, drive process improvements, and build a high-performing team that prevents repeat issues and ensures business readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application management, including leading teams.
• Strong ability to prioritize across competing demands with limited capacity.
• Proven communication, problem solving, and stakeholder mgmt skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day to day support and administration of Applied Epic and its ancillary products.
• Oversee configuration changes, releases, upgrades, and significant system changes.
• Lead Epic reporting team for operational, financial, and business reporting needs.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and quality standards for report development.
