Guidehouse’s Health Technology Consulting team helps healthcare organizations improve clinical operations, financial performance, patient experience, and workforce effectiveness through better use of enterprise technology.

The Senior Consultant will support Epic Grand Central engagements and work with hospital operations, nursing, transfer centers, and Epic teams to optimize patient throughput and capacity management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Epic Grand Central certification preferred OR substantial Grand Central experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, optimizing Grand Central.
• Experience leading Epic-related testing, documentation, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Support and independently deliver Epic Grand Central engagements for hospitals and health systems.
• Analyze workflows, configure Epic Grand Central functionality, and optimize patient flow.
• Lead defined workstreams, testing, reporting, and readiness activities.
• Develop future-state workflows for bed requests, transfers, and capacity management.
• Create and validate capacity dashboards and operational measures.
