Job summary

Smith Arnold Partners is seeking a Sr Epic MyChart Application Analyst to support a remote, EST-based role in a large healthcare network. You will own full project lifecycles around self-service scheduling for primary and specialty care, driving design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder adoption.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with Epic or similar web-based apps, strong analytical skills, and healthcare IT background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Epic or other web-based applications.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing or contributing to full project lifecycles.
• Background in healthcare IT or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full project lifecycle (scope, timeline, KPIs, delivery).
• Translate operational workflows into system design and configuration.
• Design and optimize digital journeys using workflow and journey-mapping tools.
• Lead analysis and problem-solving for complex technical and business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors.
• Support system build, testing (unit, integration), and implementation.
• Develop documentation, policies, and system design artifacts.
• Engage clinical and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
