Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst - myChart to join the IS Epic Clinical Applications team in Fountain Valley, with predominantly remote work while residing in CA.

The role requires advanced Epic knowledge and leadership on large deployments, mentoring peers, and delivering complex design and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Epic experience, MyChart expertise, and Epic certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' Epic application experience with demonstrated successful hands-on modification projects of myChart and its supported operations required
• Experienced configuring myChart web server preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
• Experience planning and organizing day-to-day activities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments to achieve goals
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams and change initiatives
• Experience in workflow and data analysis and design techniques including needs assessment and gap analysis
• Past success leading meetings between stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for business requirements and technical solutions
• Experience working with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and interacting with all levels of the organization
• Preferred experience with other Epic applications (Welcome, Hello World, Cheers, Bedside)

Responsibilities

• Apply high-level Epic myChart capabilities to improve processes through design, development, and implementation including end-user materials
• Initiate, participate, and lead project-related efforts and process improvements
• Demonstrate independent working style with minimal direction while collaborating across applications
• Work to establish and maintain myChart reporting needs as necessary
• Communicate effectively across staff and leadership to achieve goals
• Maintain and expand patient engagement via MemorialCare web-based and mobile portals
• Be punctual and adhere to work schedules
• Follow company policies and directives
• Interact positively and constructively with colleagues
• Prioritize and multitask across projects
