Job summary

Clarity Partners is hiring an Epic Applications & Project Manager to provide leadership for a large public sector client Epic laboratory implementation in Chicago. You will lead laboratory builds, workflow design, testing, readiness, go-live, and transition to ongoing operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Healthcare, 7+ years of healthcare IT experience, and recent Epic Beaker experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Healthcare or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible healthcare IT experience.
• Recent Epic implementations in academic medical centers or safety-net hospitals.
• Experience leading Epic Beaker Beaker components preferred; certification encouraged.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic laboratory application build and configuration decisions.
• Direct laboratory workflow design and validation sessions.
• Oversee testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) across laboratory applications.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies through the implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and execution.
• Transition from go-live support to ongoing operations.
