Job summary

Clarity Partners is seeking an Epic Applications & Project Manager to provide dedicated leadership for a large public sector client's Epic ambulatory and value-based care portfolio. You will oversee build decisions, workflows, testing, readiness, go-live, and transition to operations.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare IT, Epic experience, and strong executive communication. PMP and Epic certification are highly preferred. Compensation includes a base salary range with potential for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or a related field required; equivalent progressively responsible experience may be considered.
Minimum of 7 years of healthcare IT experience.
Recent hands-on experience leading Epic implementations in complex healthcare environments.
Experience leading Epic application and technical teams through full lifecycle.
Strong understanding of ambulatory and clinical workflows and care management.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic ambulatory and value-based care application build and configuration decisions.
Lead ambulatory clinical workflow design and validation sessions.
Direct testing activities across the assigned applications.
Manage cross-application and cross-team dependencies through the implementation timeline.
Lead go-live readiness assessments and go-live execution.
Own the transition from go-live support into ongoing operations.
