Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management/healthcare informatics with HL7 and SMART-on-FIHR integration.
• Experience with document and data pipelines and UX/UI design for digital apps.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate complex topics for executives.
• 4+ years as a Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for your Epic Domain.
• Define the product roadmap and oversee backlog management and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design in an agile environment.
• Coordinate with PM peers on dependencies and API transitions.
• Design high-quality, intuitive products with end-user research.
• Manage launches, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status and risks.
• Support readiness and adoption through change management teams.
• Recruit, hire, and develop product and informatics talent.
