The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, with 5+ years of Epic build experience and Epic certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic build experience.
• Strong MyChart workflows, patient communications, and patient access experience.
• Epic certifications required.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Build, support, and optimize Epic functionality across projects.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and enhance patient-facing experiences.
• Lead projects and coordinate with multiple product teams and stakeholders.
• Develop designs and specifications for external developers.
• Coordinate testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
