Job summary

Northwell Health's Melville, NY team is seeking a Senior Epic Build Analyst to design, support, and optimize Epic functionality, with emphasis on MyChart, Patient Access, and Welcome workflows. You will contribute to go-live events and ongoing support, solving complex issues and improving patient-facing digital experiences.

The role requires Epic Certification, 5+ years of Epic build experience, and strong knowledge of MyChart and scheduling workflows.

Qualifications

Epic Certification is required.
5+ years of Epic build experience.
Strong experience with MyChart workflows, patient communications, and patient access.
Experience with Welcome workflows (kiosk/digital arrival).
Cadence and/or Prelude experience is preferred.
Ambulatory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build, support, and optimize Epic functionality focusing on MyChart and Welcome workflows.
Troubleshoot complex issues and enhance patient-facing digital experiences.
Lead projects on larger, more complex Epic initiatives.
Collaborate with multiple product teams, IT and Business stakeholders.
Develop clear technical designs, test plans, and user training materials.
