Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, operations, or IT systems support.
• Current Epic Resolute Claims and Remittance Administration certification.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle and best practices.
• Experience with Epic Reporting tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate Epic Revenue Cycle best practices into application designs.
• Analyze release notes and plan upgrades with impact assessment.
• Identify gaps from current to future state processes.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional system support.
• Lead tasks, manage timelines, and communicate risks clearly.
• Present information to stakeholders and mentor teammates in design.
• Lead testing efforts and track issues to resolution.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Participate in after-hours On-Call rotation.
