Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst to lead Epic HB configuration, testing and support across hospital workflows. You will analyze data, translate business needs into technical designs, mentor teammates, and coordinate upgrades and disaster recovery efforts.

Candidates bring 4+ years in IT systems support, Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification, strong communication, and basic PM skills.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in applicable business area (clinical, operational or IT systems support).
Experience in data analysis and report generation with Epic Slicer Dicer and Reporting Workbench.
Current Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration certification.
Knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle and best practices.
Proven ability to translate business issues into application solutions.
Strong understanding of application technology and system design.
Basic project management skills (lead meetings, prioritize, manage issues).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Translate best practices in Epic Revenue Cycle, specifically Resolute Hospital Billing, into application and workflow designs.
Analyze release notes and technical specs to identify impact and opportunities; plan and implement upgrades.
Evaluate current state processes and identify gaps to future state goals for IT applications.
Provide ongoing analysis, technical and functional support for systems across the organization.
Lead assigned project tasks, communicate risks, delays and issues.
