Job summary

Prominence, a healthcare technology firm, is seeking a senior Epic BI Developer to lead a Cogito Cloud migration. You will implement and optimize Cogito, Caboodle, and Clarity in a cloud environment (Azure), validate data integrity, and design dashboards using Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and RW SQL.

You will mentor customer teams, translate business requirements into cloud data architecture, track risks, and contribute to knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Active Cogito Data Model and Cogito Tools certifications required.
5+ years of BI development experience in healthcare or life sciences.
Strong SQL development skills and cloud data warehousing experience.
Experience migrating Epic Cogito/Caboodle/Clarity to a cloud platform (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead Cogito data model migration from on-premise to cloud (Azure).
Design and optimize reports and dashboards using Cogito reporting tools.
Mentor customer teams and drive knowledge transfer for the migrated environment.
Ensure data integrity, report parity, and performance benchmarks post-migration.
Collaborate across BI, infrastructure, and customer teams.
