Job summary

Prominence is seeking a senior Epic BI Developer to drive a Cogito Cloud migration project. You will implement and optimize Epic workflows, mentor customer teams, and collaborate with BI, infrastructure, and life sciences stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

The role requires strong SQL, cloud data experience, and a track record of remote project delivery, with a focus on data integrity, reporting parity, and performance benchmarks. This is a full-time, hybrid position in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a BI developer.
• Hands-on with Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, RW SQL.
• Experience migrating Epic Cogito/Caboodle/Clarity to a cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Cogito Data Model and Cogito Tools certifications are a plus.
• Ability to deliver projects remotely with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cogito data model migration from on-premise to a cloud environment (Azure).
• Design, build, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using Cogito tooling.
• Mentor customers and grow their teams on Cogito reporting tools and cloud.
• Coordinate across BI, infrastructure, and customer teams; manage risks and issues.
• Create migration runbooks, data flow diagrams, and documentation.
• Report project status and milestones to stakeholders; ensure successful delivery.
