Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer certified in Epic Cogito to deliver analytics and data solutions for clinical and business operations. You will gather requirements, design and maintain reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights.

You will work with Cogito, Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle, and Radar to produce scalable BI content, validate outputs, and support end users across departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare or IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with BI reporting tools.
• 3+ years of SQL, complex queries, and data warehouse concepts.
• Cogito certification knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end report development lifecycle.
• Excellent collaboration with end users to map workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test Epic content for Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar, Cogito SQL.
• Create content to display Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle.
• Write SQL and configure Radar metrics for custom reports.
• Modify existing reports and distribute analytics content.
• Review peer reports for accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor other developers and assist with Cogito tools adoption.
• Maintain Analytics Catalog and metadata; participate in upgrades.
