Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead Epic configuration and delivery, coordinating matrix teams across clinical, IT, and vendor resources. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee testing artifacts to ensure quality delivery.

The role requires strong Epic expertise, two or more Epic certifications, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will drive documentation, budgets, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced healthcare IT

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
Two or more Epic Certifications from the listed options.
Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.

Responsibilities

Create and fulfill EHR use cases, translate business requirements to technical specs.
Lead discovery and implementation documentation efforts.
Ensure future state workflows are clearly defined and aligned with requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
Support vendor upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance.
Document business and functional requirements, system specifications, and testing attributes.
