Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic Application Development initiatives. You will coordinate teams including providers, project managers, and vendors to document business requirements, system specs, and testing attributes.

Strong Epic experience and management skills are essential. The role requires five+ years of related experience, Epic certifications, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications from the list provided (Ambulatory with Healthy Planet or Healthy Planet with Beacon, Willow, Prelude, Cadence, Resolute, and others).

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill Epic use cases, identify business requirements and translate workflows to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance.
