CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic application development, guiding projects from discovery through delivery in a fast-growing healthcare IT environment.

You will coordinate matrix teams of clinicians, managers and vendor resources, shaping requirements, workflows and testing artifacts to ensure compliant, high-quality healthcare delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications from the approved list.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic application development projects with CVS Health IT.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of clinicians, PMs, and vendors.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and tests.
• Oversee budgeting, planning and finance for initiatives.
• Mentor teams and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
