Children's Mercy Hospital is seeking a Lead IT Systems Applications Analyst - Epic to help design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise applications within the Willow Pharmacy informatics team. The role demands deep technical expertise, project oversight, and strong collaboration with diverse IT and business partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3–5 years in user areas to be supported or related fields, leadership preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in user areas to be supported or related fields, leadership preferred.
• Associate's degree with 7+ years in user areas to be supported or related fields, leadership preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent with 9 years in user areas to be supported or related fields, leadership preferred.
• Epic certification relevant to department required within 120 days of hire; Epic training if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex computer information systems, including configurations, databases, and networks.
• Provide end-user support and training; troubleshoot issues and upgrade systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams for requirements, design, and implementation of Epic and related systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Mentor and train junior team members and lead projects with strong leadership.
