Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3–5 years of related experience; leadership preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of related experience; leadership preferred.
• Associate's degree with 7+ years of related experience; leadership preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent with 9 years of related experience; leadership preferred.
• At least one Epic certification relevant to the department required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex computer information systems and related documentation.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot tech issues, and train users.
• Head cross-functional teams for Epic and related systems integration and projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and mentor junior team members.
