Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory with Healthy Planet or with listed modules.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
• Define and validate requirements and future state workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades, system changes and maintenance procedures.
• Document business and functional requirements, system specs, and testing attributes.
