Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic application initiatives. In this role you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, define requirements, and ensure quality in financial, clinical, and operational systems supporting patient care.

You will drive project delivery, manage vendors, and mentor staff while aligning IT strategy with CVS Health’s mission to deliver safe, accessible health services.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of related experience
• Previous management experience
• Two or more Epic Certifications from the list

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identify business and functional requirements and translate to technical specifications
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined
• Coordinate with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates
• Support execution of vendor upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance procedures
• Participate in analysis of current state processes with clinical business and reporting users to create future state processes
• Identify and document process and data gaps
• Create and complete project deliverables including Use Cases, Business requirements, Technical specifications, Scope documents, Gap analysis, Impact assessment, Test scripts

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
