CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Epic Application Development to lead and shape implementation across Epic environments. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee validation, testing, and delivery of critical patient care workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of related experience in IT leadership.
Two or more Epic Certifications as listed in the job description.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate workflows to technical specs.
Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
Define future state workflows and ensure clear requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to identify tasks and estimates.
Oversee vendor coordination, testing and environment changes.
Produce deliverables: Use Cases, BRs, Technical specs, Scope docs, Gap analyses and test scripts.
