Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in IT or clinical environment with moderate to complex business process mapping, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficient in EPIC and other applications, and able to coordinate with IT and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops solutions to moderate to complex business needs by gathering data and evaluating existing systems.
• Assists with conversion and project go-live planning and provides training as needed.
• Identifies impact across multiple application areas and coordinates with design teams to avoid conflicts.
• Performs analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance across assigned systems.
• Communicates effectively with users and technical teams on requirements, training and support.
• Acts as liaison between clinical service lines and IT to meet user needs and ensure alignment.
