Advocate Health is seeking an experienced IT Applications Analyst to design and implement Enterprise Pharmacy Applications. The role focuses on Epic workflows, system integration, and delivering solutions that meet clinical and business needs across multiple sites.

As part of a collaborative IT team, you will coordinate with clinicians, vendors and IT staff, manage projects, and support deployment of new functionality while ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards.

Competenze

• Must have EPIC certification within 6 months and maintain.
• Typically 5 years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping.
• Proficient in EPIC and other applications, operating systems and databases.
• Excellent communication with clinical staff and vendors.

• Designs and develops technical and/or non-technical solutions to moderate to complex business needs.
• Coordinate development and implementation of new functionality and applications with users and IT staff.
• Assist with conversion and operational support planning across multiple projects.
• Mentor and train staff as applicable.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT to meet user needs.
