Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Application Analyst for its Cancer Diagnostics IT team in Madison, Wisconsin. You will design, implement, and support business systems across assigned platforms, partnering with users and vendors to deliver changes that improve workflow and performance.

Responsibilities include estimating impact of changes, configuring and testing system updates, and creating technical documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential; Epic certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience as outlined in duties.
• 3+ years of experience developing/addressing technology solutions in an analyst or project delivery role.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and improve low complexity applications using established processes.
• Estimate and assess impact of requested changes to the system.
• Guide workflow design and test system changes; collaborate with leadership and business teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in peer reviews.
• Provide end-user production support and liaise with stakeholders and vendors.
