Abbott is seeking a Senior SAP Application Analyst to design, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, and to mentor junior analysts. You will partner with business teams to implement robust solutions and ensure system reliability.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to lead complex technical efforts within a healthcare environment. On-site in Wisconsin with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Design and configure low to medium complexity applications and upgrades.
• Lead estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Mentor junior analysts and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment of needs.
• Provide end-user production support and manage issue tracking across teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation; drive continuous improvement in IT processes.
