Job summary

Abbott in Madison, WI seeks a Senior Application Analyst for Epic Environments to lead change control, manage Data Courier deployments, and support Epic upgrades across dev, test, training, and production environments.

You will collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure compliant changes, mentor junior analysts, and drive reliability and continuous improvement of the Epic ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire (or ability to obtain).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic change control processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate environment management across development, testing, training and production.
• Troubleshoot Data Courier issues and guide project teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for application availability.
