Qualifications

• Five+ years of related experience required.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, or other listed modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Define future state workflows and ensure clear requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Analyze current state processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design future state.
• Produce deliverables: Use Cases, Business requirements, Technical specs, Scope documents, Gap analyses, Impact assessments, Test scripts.
