Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic application development initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure delivery of high-quality healthcare IT systems that support patient care.

The role requires at least five years of management experience, multiple Epic Certifications, and a Bachelor's degree, with a strong focus on ambulatory workflows, testing, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of related experience required.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory with Healthy Planet or Healthy Planet with various modules (Beacon, Willow, Prelude, Cadence, Resolute, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and discovery efforts for Epic solutions.
• Coordinate project teams and vendor staff resources.
• Define and ensure adherence to technical and functional standards and practices.
• Oversee budgeting, capital processes and quality improvement activities.
