Job summary

Ringside Talent is seeking a Sr. Epic Systems Analyst to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic workflows. This role is fully remote but open to Ohio-based candidates, with a focus on delivering high-impact Epic solutions.

You will gather requirements, perform Epic build/configuration, lead testing, and support go-lives while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring thorough documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Epic systems experience with healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior resource for Epic applications, bringing deep knowledge of healthcare workflows to every project
• Gather requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders and shape them into practical Epic workflows and solutions
• Handle hands-on Epic build and configuration, or develop and deliver Epic training, depending on focus area
• Lead testing cycles, system upgrades, and go-live support, including change management activities
• Resolve application and training issues quickly so clinicians and staff can stay focused on patient care
• Guide projects from planning through delivery, coordinating closely with clinical and IT teams
• Coach and mentor less-experienced analysts
• Keep workflows, build decisions, and training materials thoroughly documented
